As we move from shortstop to third base, the same theme carries through.  The position is deep.  There are viable full-time regulars at the top and all the way down through the mid to late teens.  You can argue that Josh Donaldson has a chance to be a Top 5 third baseman if he can stay healthy.

Vlad Guerrero Jr. is on the list but not near the top.  In fact, he’s at 15 which is significantly lower than where he is going in drafts.  So, I guess we are saying…pass.  If you disagree, by all means, draft him in the third round, but when he doesn’t return third round value, well…we told you.
